Adobe trademarks Ability to utilize Adobe trademarks in compliance with Adobe general trademark guidelines.
Annual co-marketing planning meeting Adobe will make best efforts to coordinate with partner to conduct the annual planning meeting within the first 14 days of contract term.
Quarterly co-marketing planning reviews Quarterly reviews will occur within 90 days following the agreement of the co-marketing plan, and within 90 days of each quarterly review.
Adobe Summit sponsorship discounts 15% discount if partner signs LOI and submit contract before deadline.
Sales Portal asset listing The ability to provide targeted assets for Adobe customers, field or partners which can be accessed in a self-service manner. Assets will be gated appropriately.
Annual business planning session Adobe will make best efforts to coordinate with partner to conduct the annual planning meeting within the first 14 days of contract term.
Quarterly business plan reviews Quarterly reviews will occur within 90 days following the agreement of the annual business plan, and within 90 days of each quarterly review.
Twice a month business discussions Adobe will cover topics including account planning, field mapping, pipeline building, deal review and field engagement/education.

Named Alliance Manager Named Alliance Manager will centralize and streamline all communication between partner and the field. All deal engagement and field mapping must go through the Named Alliance Manager.
Named Technical Alliance Manager Named Technical Alliance Manager will field all technical questions, including driving support for customers or product based support.

It is a partner program designed specifically for technology partners, including software vendors, data providers, hardware, and infrastructure vendors. It is an opt-in program with three different tiers — Community, Business, and Premier — that provide different levels of benefits based upon the participation level. All Marketing Cloud Technology Partners will be governed by the Exchange Program beginning May 1st, 2016.

The Adobe Exchange Program is for technology partners, including software vendors, data providers, hardware, and infrastructure vendors.

The existing partner programs in the Adobe Marketing Cloud did not provide adequate benefits or services that technology partners need to grow their business. The new program is optimized specifically for technology partners. The three different levels are designed to support partners in varying stages as their desire to grow with Adobe evolves.

The SPP is a partner program designed for Systems Integrators and Agencies with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue impact.  The Adobe Exchange program is designed for technology partners with a focus on customer and partner satisfaction and partner growth.

The Community level is free, the Business and Premier level are paid.

The contract lasts one year.

Complimentary development software is available at varying degrees to all levels.

Each level receives a different degree of technical development support.

·        Priority Technical Support: As a business member, you will be given appropriate contact channels to the integration technical support team. The expected response time will be two (2) business days.

Premier Level

·        Top Priority Technical Support: As a Premier member, you will be given appropriate contact channels to the integration technical support team. A Named Technical Account Manager will be assigned to you. The expected response time will be one (1) business day.

The Exchange Program brings more structure than previous programs designed for Marketing Cloud technology partners. It will formalize the relationship between Adobe and the tech partner with clear expectations and benefits. On May 1, 2016 the Exchange Program will officially replace all previous programs.
