App Measurement on iOS Churn Measurement Info

Hi everyone. I have two questions:

The first is it better to use separate accounts (for report suites) in App Measurement or just use the same account for both the iPad and the iPhone? We have a universal app which runs on both.

The second is how to get reports with the information captured by ChurnMeasurement (ie engaged days lifetime, days since first use, days since last upgrade)?

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi indoracer - I recommend the same RSID for a universal app like that. If you are on v15, then the same app on Android should go to that same RSID as well and use segmentation to look at performance across platforms.

For the best practices metrics (churn) look at section 1.6 in the iOS implementation guide. Let me know if you still have questions after that.

Thanks,

Roger
